This is an inspiring talk by Sir Ken Robinson on the urgency to make changes in the present education system . He talks about moving from an industrial model of education where learning is linear and batched to an agrarian model which he compares to a farmer providing whatever the plant needs and letting it grow, giving the scope for children to learn organically and develop their talent.
