CS: Principles of Programming
This course provides talented high school students and first year college students with an introduction to computer science. The course uses the programming language Scheme, and includes a convenient online Scheme interpreter. The approach is based on The Schemer's Guide, written by the Curriculum Development Group at the Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science and taught in prestigious programs as The John Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY) and Duke University Talent Identification Program (TIP) summer programs.
